That a closed meeting of the Administration and Finance, Community and Health Services, and Sustainability, Infrastructure and Development Committees be held on January 14, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Waterloo County room, in accordance with Section 239 of the “Municipal Act, 2001”, for the purposes of considering the following subject matters:
- personal matters about identifiable individuals and advice subject to solicitor-client privilege relating to financial write-offs;
- personal matters about identifiable individuals, relating to appointments to the Grand River Accessibility Advisory Committee;
- personal matters about identifiable individuals, relating to the appointment of Administrative Penalty Program Hearing Officers;
- personal matters about identifiable individuals, relating to appointments to the Library Committee; and
- a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality and advice subject to solicitor-client privilege relating to the LRT Phase 2 project.
