• Recommended Motion:

  That a closed meeting of the Strategic Planning and Budget Committee be held on October 22, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the Waterloo County Room, in accordance with Section 239 of the “Municipal Act, 2001”, for the purposes of considering the following subject matters:

  1. Receiving information related to identifiable individuals and labour relations or employee negotiations.

  And that a closed meeting of Council be held on October 22, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. in the Waterloo County Room, in accordance with Section 239 of the “Municipal Act, 2001”, for the purposes of considering the following subject matters:

  1. Receiving information regarding potential litigation, the security of Regional property, and labour relations related to identified risks.
